was walking to work just yesterday,
and met myself upon the way,
he said hey...how have you been?
proceeded to remind me his name was slim...
we use to party...party hard...
one day he banned me from his yard...
he spent 6 months in jail...got sober...
now he's back using...he crossed back over...
told slim i now had over a year...
he drove away warning from him stay clear!
i walked away...and thought a bit...
why is slim back using and i'm still quit?
was there a conscious decision to use?
or is slim just another muse?
man takes a drink...drink takes the man...
what is really inbetween?
